About these results: Counts describe records in the published dataset, not the number of unique active agents or the size of a state's real estate market.

How to use it

Three steps to a more useful result

  1. Step 01

    Choose the states to compare

Select several markets you are considering. State-level coverage provides a consistent starting point across the catalog.

  2. Step 02

    Compare available fields

Review record counts and email and phone availability. Pay attention to missing local geography when planning a narrower audience.

  3. Step 03

    Explore your preferred market

Use the comparison to choose where to research next, then review records and pricing for your selected contact fields.

What you can learn

Useful details. Clear boundaries.

Comparable state coverage

See each state's supported catalog totals in one report rather than repeating separate searches.

Contact-channel planning

Compare email and phone field presence to understand whether a market fits your intended workflow.

Cost with a stated scope

Review estimated list costs alongside coverage. Final pricing depends on selected records, fields and applicable volume discounts.

Explore our data sources
Are these total market sizes or counts of active agents?

No. These are published dataset record and field-presence counts. They can include multiple records for a person and do not independently establish active license status.

Does a recorded business location show an agent's service area?

No. A business address is location context, not proof of the places an agent serves. City and ZIP coverage is also incomplete across the dataset.

Is an estimated list cost a checkout quote?

No. Use it for initial comparison. The purchase workflow calculates the final amount for your selected records and contact fields.

Do I need an account to get started?

You can start using these prospecting tools without an account. If prompted to continue, sign in to keep researching with your plan credits.

What happens when I sign in?

Each successful tool run uses one plan credit. If your balance is insufficient, you can review an upgrade. Contact unlocks are separate: one credit per agent record and two per brokerage record, with no repeat charge for records you already own.

Your next step
