USAgentLeads provides U.S. real estate agent and brokerage business contact data in downloadable CSV files. It does not sell insurance, Medicare, final expense, or homebuyer inquiry leads. These are professional contact records, not a promise of purchase intent or campaign results.

UTF-8 CSV data with four columns — name, email, phone, and state — covering 2,078,613 agent records nationally. State Packs contain contacts with phone numbers; email is optional. State Packs are delivered as one CSV. The Full Database is a ZIP with numbered CSV parts kept below Excel's worksheet row limit. The files import into Excel, Google Sheets, CRMs, and email tools without reformatting.

Records are compiled from public sources including Keller Williams (KW), Coldwell Banker Realty, Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS listings, and public state licensing records.

The current dataset was last refreshed in October 7, 2026. Between refreshes we run cleanup passes that remove duplicates and malformed records.

Every state-pack contact has a phone number that passes our format checks; email is included where available. The national roster is broader, and contact-field availability varies. Format checks do not guarantee reachability.

The records are business contact information for licensed professionals, compiled from public sources. Commercial email to them is governed by CAN-SPAM in the US: use accurate subject lines, identify your business with a physical address, and honor unsubscribes promptly. You're responsible for compliance as the sender.
